Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on per person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or food(optional), accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Full payment(As per the requirements of the tour packages) must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be showed as a charge on your statement.
Once the payment is done, you could access our dashboard on our website using login details such as your username and password or our travel engine will generate automatically your invoice, during the booking process will you receive few emails related to your steps of stages.
Those documents could print and it can be produced as an evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.
◾ Before booking any tours or activities with Popular Holidays, the client has to read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
Should a tour booking be canceled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue, or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through the online booking process.
We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
In any case, the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
The seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
◾ Combo tours can be canceled, but if anyone is canceling any of the single tours in combo then they will not able to avail combo offer, In this case, Popular Holidays will consider the Individual tour price of non-canceled tour & Refund remaining amount.
◾ Tourist Visa fees(Special cases) are not Refundable once payment is done at the Popular Holidays website.
◾ While booking combo please make sure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you would only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.
◾ If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
Prior to making a cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Popular Holidays in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Popular Holidays cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules, and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Popular Holidays reserves a complete right to implement minor amendments in the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of vis majors, such as floods and earthquakes.
If we are not able to trace for your accommodation in your preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide you with a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you´ve chosen. Popular Holidays cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests which are not adhered to by the hotel due to their busy schedule.
Popular Holidays shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of the trip. It is advisable that the traveler should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from different countries. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
